Ballet Intensive with Niki Powell

Ballet Intensive with Niki Powell  June 26 thru 30, 2017 -- 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Ballet technique is the foundation for all other types of dance movement. Workshop will focus on posture and balance development, stretching, strength, movement coordination, stable turns and high jumps. Workshop will show the basics, using simple and concise explanation of ballet work technique. Students will learn a method to follow and steps towards the ultimate in technical achievement dancing ballet.
