BELOW YOU WILL FIND INFORMATION REGUARDING OUR NUTCRACKER PERFORMANCE. PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT THE NUTCRACKER PRODUCTION AND THE 2019 ANNUAL JUNE PRODUCTION ARE TWO TOTALLY SEPARATE PERFORMANCES WITH SEPARATE BILLING, SEPARATE COSTUMING, AND SEPARATE RULES. TO BE IN THE NUTCRACKER YOU MUST SIGN UP TO PARTICIPATE. THE JUNE SHOW IS A SCHOOL SHOW WHERE EVERY CLASS PERFORMS.
It is with great pleasure that CSD will again perform the holiday classic, Nutcracker Ballet.
The dates of this year’s show are December 14th and 15th, 2018 with a dress rehearsal on December 13, 2018

Parents must make the contact, your dancer(s) will not be cast in this year's production without parent consent.
We will be casting after the September 17th deadline and you will receive your part(s) via email.

Dates: Theater dress rehearsal December 13, 2018 (time to be announced); shows December 14, 2018 7:00 p.m. and December 15, 2018 1:00 p.m.
Studio rehearsals will be on Saturdays beginning September 29.
If your dancer(s) wish to perform, they must sign up by September 17--NO EXCEPTIONS!.
There will be no rehearsals on October 6 (Avocado Festival) or November 24 (Thanksgiving weekend).
Your dancer only needs to come to their specific dance(s) and does not have to stay the whole day.
Tiny mice will rehearse in their regular dance classes untilmid November and do not need to come to the extra Saturday rehearsal. You will be notified in late October the times of the November Saturday rehearsals.

Consideration to the following should be made before committing to this endeavor.
Because missing rehearsals can be detrimental to all those involved, only two excused absences are allowed—these are for illness or family emergencies. Bonnie must approve the absence prior to the time the absence occurs.
2 unexcused absences will cause the student to be dropped from the performance—there are no refunds for the rehearsal/rental fees.
Rehearsal and costume rental fees must be paid no later than October 15, 2017.
Any costs incurred for repair or replacement of costumes damaged or not returned will be charged to the dancer assigned that costume.
Nutcracker fees include 10 reheasals, costume rental and costumes cleaning. They are as follows:
Solo parts and multiple parts----$160.00 Single parts----$85.00 Mice----$40.00
